Tennis: Dubai tournament fined 300,000 dollars in Peer visa row



GMT Organisers of the Dubai women's tennis tournament were fined 300,000 dollars by the WTA Tour on Friday after the United Arab Emirates refused to grant a visa to Isreali player Shahar Peer, the WTA said in a statement.
